This recipe is for 2 Chocolate Martini. Heat the heavy cream over a medium high fire until the cream starts to boil. Put the chopped chocolate in a bowl and pour the cream over it and stir until the chocolate is melted. Let it cool down. Moist the rim of the glass with cold water. Dip the glass into the grated chocolate. Put the ice in the shaker and add the chocolate mixture, vodka and baileys. Shake vigorously and pour the content of the shaker in the glasses and garnish with grated chocolate.
