How to make the Clover Club cocktail recipe:
For the Clover Club drink put the gin (preferably Uncle Val's Botanical), the pineapple syrup, the fresh squeezed lemon juice and the raspberries in a cocktail shaker without ice. Shake and add some ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish your Clover Club mixed drink with Wild Hibiscus "Rose Hibiscus" cocktail concentrate.
