This recipe uses gin infused with cucumber. Cut the width of the cucumber into fine slices and put the slices in a glass jar filled with gin. Put it in a dark place for 2 days so you can get the cucumber flavor into the gin. After 2 days strain the gin into a bottle.
Put ice in a long drink and pour the gin and tonic in the glass. Add the newly cut cucumber slices to the mixture and the Cucumber Spring drink with gin infused with cucumbers is ready.
