A low-calorie Mojito? Try the Diet Mojito with limited sugar. Or just leave all the sugar out. Cut half a lime into quarters and place them in a highball glass.
Add 1/2 tablespoon cane sugar and mash everything with a muddler.
Add the mint leaves, the rum, some lime juice, the sugar and the sugar syrup to your mojito.
Stir well and finish your diet mojito with crushed ice. If you want you can top it off with some soda but that is not necessary.
Garnish your diet Mojito with a few mint leaves.
You can also leave out the sugar and sugar syrup. A Diet Mojito accounts for 100 - 140 calories.
