For your Ramos Gin Fizz, blend the gin, the lemon and the lime juices, the sugar syrup, the orange flower water, the egg white and the double cream. Don't use ice in the blender. Optionally, add some vanilla extract. Pour the emulsed mix in the shaker and shake with ice. Strain into chilled glass without ice. Top your Ramos Gin Fizz with soda water and garnish with half lemon slice and mint sprig. Enjoy!
