1 oz Lemon
1/2 oz ProSyro Rhubarb Syrup
2 dashes Ms. Better’s Green Strawberry Mah Kwan Bitters
Garnish: Slice of Strawberry or Plum
First combine ingredients in shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into chilled Nick & Nora glass. ** Life hack: I use a tiny amount of elderberry as a dye to keep the rhubarb syrup Color popping hot pink. The drink is named for my grandma and is a tribute to the first flavor pairing I ever learned… watching her bake Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp.
