Not sure if it is the correct way to do In Dutch it is called advocaat. It is made from eggs, sugar and brandy. Advocat is yellow and creamy. The alcohol percentage is between 15% and 20%. It is mainly used in Holland and Belgium. Advocat, the Dutch word for it is advocaat, has different types of writing in English: advocaat, advocat or avocat.
