Aguardiente
Aguardiente means firewater in English and contains between 29% and 60% alcohol. Aguardiente is made from the fermentation and distillation of sugar cane. It's made in multiple South and Central American countries. Adding Aguardiente to a cocktail doesn't change the color of the cocktail. It is also very famous in Spain and in Galicia it is also called Orujo. Find here some of the best cocktail recipes with aguardiente as one of the ingredients. Cheers!
