Berry syrup is syrup made from berries. Syrup is quite often used in cocktail recipes. Berry syrup is not that known as a cocktail ingredient. Berry syrup can easily be made at home. you just need some water, sugar and berries. Crush two and a half cups of  berries in a pan. Add a quarter cup of water and bring to a boil. Let it cool down a little bit and make sure the berries are soft. Pour the berry pulp into the sieve and allow the juice to drip through. Pour the juice into a pan and add the same amount of sugar. Bring to a boil and dissolve the sugar. Let it cool down
