Blue Curaçao is a liqueur flavored with the dried peel of the laraha citrus fruit which is grown on Curaçao. It is colorless, but is often given an artificial coloring (orange or blue). The blue color comes from adding food colorant (E133). It adds a bitter oranges flavor to cocktails.
