Hazelnut liqueur
Hazelnut liqueur is a light brown alcoholic beverage with a hazelnut / noisette flavor. A hazelnut is the nut of the hazel plant. The kernel of the seed is edible and can be eaten raw or roasted. It's also used in paste or as a hazelnut chocolate spread.
