Jenever
Jenever which is also known as Holland gin or Duth gin. It is the national liqueur of Holland and Belgium. It is the drink from which gin evolved. Jenever is aslo know as genever, peket or genièvre. Young jeveners have a neutral taste with a slight touch of juniper. Old jenever is smoother with flavours of malt. Nowadays a lot of jenevers with specific tastes are produced (lemon, chocolate,...)
