White chocolate ganache
Ganache is a filling for pastries. It is made from chocolate and cream. For the ganache, you first heat the cream and then pour it over chopped chocolate. It then is blended untill smooth. Often liqueur or other extracts are added. How to make ganache? For the white chocolate ganache you can use 300g of white chocolate and 450 ml of cream. Break the chocolate into pieces. Boil the cream untill boiling point and pour it over the chocolate. Then mix it with a spoon untill your ganache is smooth. There are no so many cocktail recipes with white chocolate ganache.
