For the Amaretto Sour cocktail fill a shaker with ice.
Add the amaretto, the lemon juice, the egg white and the sugar syrup.
Shake everything well and strain your Amaretto Sour into a nice glass (preferably a tumbler).
Sometimes people also add a dash of angostura bitters.
Some people prefer a certain variation of the Amaretto Sour drink. They replace half of the amaretto with bourbon.
