- 0.75 measure(s) Triple sec
- 0.75 measure(s) Lemon juice
- 1.00 tablespoon(s) Blue Curaçao
- 1.00 measure(s) Cognac
- 3.00 measure(s) Bitter lemon
Azure Description
Shake the Cognac, the Cointreau and the lemon juice with ice. Strain into a wine glass and add the bitter lemon. Pour the Blue Curaçao down the side of the glass to finish your Azure. Your Azure is ready
