- 50.00 ml Whiskey
- 1.00 Egg white
- 25.00 ml Maple syrup
- 20.00 ml Lemon juice
- 1.00 dash(es) Angostura bitters
Bacon and Egg Martini Description
How to make a Bacon and Egg Martini? For the Bacon and Egg Martini we use bacon infused whiskey.
Take a shaker and add the whiskey, the angostura bitters, the egg white, the maple syrup and the lemon juice.
Dry shake without ice. Then add ice and shake again.
Pour your Bacon and Egg Martini cocktail into a martini glass. Garnish with a pancetta crisp, or a bacon & egg sarnie.
