Bacon and Egg Martini description:

Step into the world of bold cocktail creations with our Bacon and Egg Martini. This isn’t just a drink; it’s a culinary adventure, blending the rich flavors of whiskey with the smoothness of egg white, the sweetness of maple syrup, and a zesty splash of lemon juice. Topped with a piece of crispy bacon, it’s a cocktail that’s sure to turn heads and tantalize taste buds.

Bacon and Egg Martini ingredients:

° Whiskey: 50 ml (1.75 oz) – The foundation of our martini, bringing depth and character.
° Maple Syrup: 30 ml (1 oz) – Adds a touch of sweetness, perfectly balancing the whiskey.
° Lemon Juice: 20 ml (0.75 oz) – A dash to cut through the sweetness and add brightness.
° Egg White: 1 – For a creamy texture and a frothy top.
° Angostura Bitters: 1 dash – A little goes a long way in adding complexity.
° Crispy Bacon: The star garnish – It’s not just for breakfast anymore.

Bacon and Egg Martini instruction:

1) Begin by adding whiskey, egg white, maple syrup, lemon juice, and a dash of bitters into a shaker.
2) Start with a dry shake (no ice) to get that egg white nice and frothy.
3) Add ice and shake again, chilling the mixture to perfection.
4) Strain the mix into a chilled martini glass for that elegant look.
5) The final flourish – garnish with a crispy piece of bacon, adding a savory twist to this unique cocktail.

This cocktail is a London Cocktail Club original created by JJ Goodman.
