Campari Gin Sour cocktail ingredients:
45 ml (1.5 oz) gin — preferably London Dry
30 ml (1 oz) Campari
25 ml (0.85 oz) fresh lemon juice (≈ ¾ oz)
15–20 ml (0.5–0.7 oz) simple syrup (1:1 sugar : water)
1 egg white or 20–25 ml (0.7–0.85 oz)

Dry shake (for foam)
Add gin, Campari, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white (or aquafaba) to a shaker without ice.
Shake hard for about 10 seconds to build foam.
Shake with ice
Add ice and shake again for 10–15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain
Double strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
Garnish
Express an orange peel over the drink or add a small lemon twist.
