The Cojito recipe is a cocktail which is very popular in Cuba and Puerto Rico.
Put the mint leaves in a cocktail shaker and bruise the leaves with a spoon. Add the crushed ice, the white rum, the coconut rum and the lime juice. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Top up with soda water and garnish with a sprig of mint.
