Etta Description
The Etta cocktail was the winning recipe in 2016 of the 55th national competition of the Union of Belgium’s Bartenders.
The Etta recipe was created by Simona Tsacheva.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour the peach juice, pear juice, mango juice, tarragon liqueur and vodka in the shaker.
Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass.
Decorate your Etta cocktail with 2 raspberries and enjoy your cocktail.
The Etta is our cocktail of the day on August . That day is know as “eat a peach day” and the Etta cocktail is made with peach juice.
