- 1.00 cup(weight) Grapes
- 1.00 cl Cacao liqueur
- 6.00 cl Dark rum
- 5.00 cl Ginger ale

For the Gingerjito cocktail we use dried grapes. Put the speculoos syrup, the grapes, the mint leaves and the cacao liquer in a glass and muddle. Add the rum (use 7 year old rum) and some ice cubes.
Top it up your Gingerjito cocktail with the ginger ale. Add a little cinnamon and a little vanilla powder.
For the garnish we use a spoon covered with chocolate. Put on some white chocolate and a cinnamon stick with the help of some honey.
Add also two mint leaves. Cool it for 5 minutes in the fridge.
