For the La Rose recipe we the gin, the rose liqueur, the lychee juice, the lime juice, the rosemary twig and the egg white in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously and add ice to the shaker and shake again. Strain into a coupette glass. Decorate your La Rose drink with some torn up edible flowers.
