Norwegian Forest recipe instructions:

1) Fill a shaker with ice.
2) Add aquavit, elderflower liqueur, cucumber juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
3) Shake well until chilled.
4) Place a few cucumber slices in the glass.
5) Strain the mixture into the glass over the cucumber slices.
6) Garnish with additional cucumber slices and a mint sprig.
