- 2.00 cl Sugar syrup
- 8.00 piece Ice
- 6.00 cl Pisco
- 3.00 cl Lemon juice
- 1 piece Egg white
- 1.00 dash(es) Angostura bitters
Pisco Sour Description
How to prepare the Pisco Sour recipe?
Put the lime juice, the pisco and the sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker with 5 ice cubes. Add the egg white as last. Shake for 10 – 20 seconds. Strain your pisco sour into a glass. Add the dash of angostura bitters into the middle of your pisco sour. Finish your pisco sour with a fresh cherry. Enjoy your Pisco Sour cocktail!
