Sakura Lotus Description

We show you how to make the Sakura Lotus cocktail:

Embark on a mixology adventure with our Sakura Lotus Cocktail, a drink that’s as delightful to the eyes as it is to the palate. This elegant concoction brings together the subtle flavors of sake with a bouquet of fruit essences, crowned with a beautiful edible flower for that extra special touch.

Sakura Lotus ingredients:

° Sake: 50 ml (1.7 oz) – The star of the show, offering a smooth, refined taste.
° Cherry Liqueur: 25 ml (0.85 oz) – Deepens the drink with a rich cherry flavor.
° Peach Liqueur: 15 ml (0.5 oz) – Brings a soft, floral sweetness to the mix.
° Cranberry Juice: 15 ml (0.5 oz) – For a tart twist that balances out the sweetness.
° Lime Juice: 15 ml (0.5 oz) – A splash of citrus to add a zesty edge.
° Pineapple Juice: 35 ml (1.2 oz) – Adds a tropical note, making the cocktail even more irresistible.
° Edible Flower: The final flourish that turns your cocktail into a work of art.

Sakura Lotus preparation:

1) Start by filling a shaker with ice – this is where the magic begins.
2) Pour in the sake, cranberry juice, lime juice, cherry liqueur, peach liqueur, and pineapple juice.
3) Shake it up until everything’s perfectly chilled and mixed.
4) Double strain your Sakura Lotus drink into a coupette glass.
5) Gently place an edible flower on top for an elegant and Instagram-worthy finish.

The Sakura Lotus is the cocktail of the day for December 5th when International Ninja Day is celebrated.

A ninja was a covert agent or mercenary in old Japan who certainly drank some sake back in the day… and he would have loved this Sakura Lotus cocktail.
