Shimmer Ingredients
- 2.50 oz Gin
- 0.50 oz Dry vermouth
- 0.25 oz Green Chartreuse
- 1.00 dash(es) Lemon bitters

For the Shimmer, pour the gin (for this recipe Bluecoat gin was use), the dry vermouth (Noilly Prat), the green chartreuse and the lemon bitters (Free Brothers) into a mixing glass with ice. Stir everyhting well.
Strain your Shimmer into a cocktail coupe and garnish with a star anise.
