- 2.00 dash(es) Angostura bitters
- 2.00 dash(es) Orange bitters
Singapore Sling Description
For the Singapore Sling recipe we use a collins glass.
Pour the gin, the maraschino, the benedictine, the lemon juice, the pineapple juice, the grenadine and the soda in the collins glass.
Add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters and orange bitters and stir.
Garnish your Singapore Sling cocktail with a lemon slice and a cherry.
The Singapore Sling cocktail recipe was invented in 1915 by Ngiam Tong Boon in the Raffles hotel in Singapore.
