For the Strange Sherman recipe fill your mixing glass half with ice and add 1 dash of Orange Bitters, 1 dash of Angostura Bitters and 3 dashes of Absinthe. It’s advised to use a dropper for the Absinthe so you don’t use too much. Then add the Sweet Vermouth and the Rye Whiskey. Mix well with a bar spoon for about 20 seconds and strain into your martini glass. Garnish your Strange Sherman with a lemon peel.
