- 2.00 teaspoon(s) Strawberry jam
- 1.50 cl Lemon juice
- 0.25 cl Lime juice
- 1.00 cl Passion fruit juice
- 1.50 cl Rhubarb syrup
- 4.00 cl Gin
- handful Ice
Sweet Samouraï Description
The Sweet Samouraï recipe was the first runner up in 2016 of the 55th national competition of the Union of Belgium’s Bartenders. It was created by Fabian Van Roy.
Put a handful of ice in a cocktail shaker and add all the ingredients. Shake well and strain into your glass. If you like you can decorate with some edible flowers.
