For The Flamingo Mallet recipe fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the Brockman’s Gin, the St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur, the Aperol, the fresh lemon juice and a few drops of egg white. Shake well and fine strain into a chilled coupe.
Spray it with a bit of Green Chartreuse and garnish The Flamingo Mallet cocktail with a lemon peel and a blackberry.
